Foam Deformation?

Don’t Worry — It’s Not a Quality Issue!

We often receive questions from customers like:

"The foam looks deformed—did it get damaged during shipping?"

"Is this a quality problem?"

The answer is: NO.

This is a normal result of vacuum compression, used to save shipping space and reduce costs.

✅ 3 Easy Ways to Restore Foam Shape:

1. Natural Recovery (No Tools Needed)

  • Remove from packaging
  • Lay flat in a ventilated area
  • Wait 24–48 hours for full rebound
    ⚡ Best for light compression

2. Blow Dryer Method (Quick Fix)

  • Use low heat from a blow dryer
  • Keep distance and heat evenly
  • Gently reshape by hand
    ⚡ Ideal for small areas

3. Warm Water Soak (Most Effective)

  • Soak foam in warm water (40–60°C / 104–140°F) for 10 minutes
  • Gently shake off excess water
  • Air dry in shade
⚡ Recommended for pyramid foam or deep creases

🔧 Tips for Best Results:

  • Our foam has memory rebound — it recovers 100%
  • Avoid boiling water, direct sun, or rough pulling
  • Unpack and restore foam as soon as possible
